JU Chhatra Dal Joint Convener Shah Md. Faisal said Muhib is a non-student. There is no reason for him to go to the Election Commission at this time of night. โ€œWe consider it ill-intentioned. We strongly protest against this and call on the commission to take appropriate action.โ€

Asked, Muhib said: โ€œThe university administration said that former students are not allowed to come to the campus. But especially former Chhatra Dal and Jubo Dal leaders and activists are roaming around the campus. The political culture of the campus is that even after the university administration said that it would not be allowed to come in the morning. But the reality is that others will come.

โ€œFrom that place, we had a demand that the number of observer cards be given for each panel. How many people can stay? I went to the Election Commission to talk about it.โ€

On September 9, a circular signed by Registrar (Acting) Dr. ABM Azizur Rahman instructed that from 12 noon on September 10 to Friday midnight, no former students, guests, or any outsiders will be allowed to stay in the residential halls and campus.

Since Muhib is a former student, the matter falls within the scope of the violation of rules.
