A woman, the wife of an expatriate, was brutally killed after attackers entered her home in Bhola, causing fear and concern among local residents.
According to local sources, unidentified assailants broke into the house at night and attacked the woman with sharp weapons, leaving her critically injured. Neighbors rushed to the scene after hearing her screams, but the attackers had already fled.
She was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
The victim’s husband has been living abroad for a long time. Initial reports suggest the murder may have been linked to previous enmity or a personal dispute. However, locals said there were no signs of robbery or theft.
