Former State Minister Mohammad Ali Arafat has stated that Awami League President and five-time Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will return to Bangladesh and will be reelected by the people of this country.
In a Facebook post on Monday, Arafat said: “This will prove that Sheikh Hasina is truly a people’s leader and a national treasure.

“The conspirators know very well, and let us inform others as well, that Sheikh Hasina did not fall in the face of any mass movement, but rather she was removed from power through a coup, a conspiracy by anti-Liberation War forces, radical communal militant groups, and imperialist evil forces.
“Therefore, she will return; she will return again, InshaAllah.”

He explained that if a dictator falls in a mass movement, that fallen dictatorship does not return. This is historically true.
“But the reality is that Sheikh Hasina’s return will prove that she was neither a dictator nor did she fall through a mass uprising.”
He added that those who want to call the people’s leader Sheikh Hasina a dictator and claim that her government fell in the face of a mass movement are wrong.
“Sheikh Hasina was not a dictator in any way. There is no question of her being a fascist ruler. There is no scope for defining Sheikh Hasina as a dictator or a fascist in any definition of political science,” Arafat said.
